Dear all,


I hope this email finds you well and you're all looking forward to a well earned break.


Looking ahead to the next academic year, we will once again host our Cross-Country event. It will be on Friday 6th November. This event marks the start of the cross-country season and will be held at Rosendale Playing Fields, near our school.


The event is open to boys and girls in Years 3 - 6. Teams should consist of a minimum of four runners in each age category. Your first four finishers will count towards the team competition. Schools may enter a maximum of six pupils per race. Please note that schools must have at least four runners finish the race in a category to qualify for the team competition.


Medals will be awarded to the first three finishers in each category, and an overall trophy will be presented to the winning school.


Registration: 12:45pm

Award Ceremony: 3:30pm


We hope as many schools as possible will be able to attend. If you would like to take part, please reply to this email by Thursday 12th September. Once we have received all applications, we will send further details about the event.


Many thanks, and we look forward to welcoming as many of you as possible on the day.
