Setting up your ParentPay account

We will send you an activation letter with a username and password. You should use these for your initial set up and then change them to something more memorable.

Go to the ParentPay website shown on your activation letter:

www.parentpay.com

and set up your account using the details provided.

A helpful guidance video can be found here.

Only one parent per child can set up a ParentPay account. Activation letters will be sent to one parent. Please contact the school office if you would like to switch contacts so that the activation letter is sent to another parent.

Your account will be linked to your email address. If you change your email address, please inform the school so that we can update our systems and support you in transferring your account if needed.

Fees general information

All fees due at school will appear on your ParentPay account. You can pay for everything through ParentPay.

For example:

  • Earlybird bookings
  • After school clubs
  • Early morning clubs
  • Replacement reading records
  • Peripatetic music lessons
  • The Year 5 residential trip

You can select each item individually under Payment Items by selecting View Item.

The system allows you to pay all or part of the amount, so you can contribute throughout the term and year. We will inform you each time an amount is due so that you are aware of how much needs to be paid. You can then enter the amount you wish to pay against each item.

You can set up a one-click payment or add items to your basket and pay for them with a debit card.

Please Note

All after school club payments are due in the first week of each term. After this point, no refunds can be processed.

Families with outstanding fees may not be able to sign up for clubs and other activities in the following term until these fees have been paid.

Please contact the school office as soon as possible if you are having difficulty making a payment or expect a delay. It is much easier for us to help if we know in advance.
