  • Programming (sensing): Creating a program to run on a controllable device, explaining that a selection can control the flow of a program, updating a variable with user input, using a conditional statement to compare a variable to a value, designing a project that uses inputs and outputs on a controllable device
  • Data and information (introduction to spreadsheets): Identifying questions that can be answered using data, using formulas to produce calculated data, applying formulas to data – including duplicating, creating a spreadsheet to plan an event

3D modelling: use Tinkercad to make changes to 3D models, rotate and adapt 3D models, make holes, plan 3D models, make a 3D model

Football: Aim to restrict space attacker have to play in, apply speed and accuracy to a penalty shot, play the role of covering defender, use foot placement to send and receive the ball at speed.

Hockey: Perform a long corner routine as part of a team, identify players that need to be marked, use the self-pass to restart after a foul or the ball has gone out of play.

Netball: Introduce the double bounce rule, play in a game utilising the marking the ball skill, play in an attacking game supporting GS and GA, attempt rebounds as both attacker and defender in practices and competitive games.

Gymnastics: Take weight on both hands to land on high apparatus from flight, dismounting from various heights, organise equipment in small groups to create a flight sequence, refine individual aspects of sequence including jumps, starting and finishing position.

  • Dance: Developing a sequence using relationships to confidently perform a folk dance. Identifying appropriate dynamics and group formations for a group performance.
  • Tag Rugby: Communicating and devising tactics for attacking. Using agility and speed to help defend

Rounders: Bowling the faster ball, identify when to work as pairs to field long balls, applying tactics to  ensure batters make it around bases
