Yoga 8.00-9.00pm Mondays
Teacher: Chloe Ridgwell Barlow
Chloe teaches Vinyasa Flow, a fluid sequence of postures with an emphasis on the synchronisation of motion and breath. With a focus on learning to listen to your own body and mind, Chloe encourages students to develop an individual practice within a fun, safe group setting.
In this series of classes, each week we will explore a different part of the body and its associated postures, working to increase strength and flexibility. Classes will end with a blissful relaxation.
This class is designed for both those who are still relatively new to yoga and those with experience, everyone is welcome!
